Public Defender declares that white crime victims can not properly identify black perps.

A black man broke into her house and stabbed her. The perp was caught immediately afterward. The victim described the perp in great detail then identified him in a lineup.
Now a public defender is literally playing a “all black people look alike” card. He says white people can not properly identify perps of another race.
