Clinton appointed judge suspends parts of Georgia immigration law.

A left-wing Federal judge in Georgia ordered a halt to two provisions of the new state law against illegal immigration. The judge said the law is unfair to “communities of color and immigrant communities.”

The judge ruled against a provision that would have made it illegal to transport illegal aliens. Also a provision to allow law enforcement to check the immigration status of drivers with no ID.

Other parts of the bill, including strict penalties for employers of illegal aliens, begin going into effect this Friday.

The judge’s ruling is being appealed. Numerous radical left-wing groups, like the ACLU and SPLC, as well as foreign nations had joined the lawsuit against the bill.
