A few years back 58% of Michigan residents voted to ban race based college admissions.
Now, two radical left-wing Clinton appointed judges have ordered a halt to the ban. They invoked a power known as judicial review. This is not a constitutional power, this is a made up power that judges gave themselves.
The two judges are lesbian Martha Daughtry and R. Cole.
Attorneys for MCRI hope to have the ban overturned by the Supreme Court.
