Anger over the coddling of serious criminals reaches a boiling point in South Carolina.

Pamela Habersham has been arrested fifty times in the past eighteen years. That’s almost three arrests per year. Yet she has spent hardly any time in jail or prison.

Now she was allegedly involved in a carjacking. She then drove the stolen car and allegedly caused a seven car pile up during rush hour traffic on the interstate in Charleston, SC.  She fled the scene. Four people were hospitalized.

The entire city of Charleston was disrupted as thousands of people were hours late for work. All because serious criminals can commit crime after crime after crime with little penalty.
