Black violence explodes at Philadelphia schools.

Philadelphia has seen an explosion of violence from Black students at its public schools. “Budget cuts” are being blamed for the violence.

Since the passing of Brown vs. the Board of Education, the average per pupil spending nationwide has exploded from $393 per student in 1960 to $10,297 in 2008. Adjusted for inflation the 1960 figures equals a mere $2,808.

Lack of money is a bold-faced lie. Majority black public schools tend to be the most over-funded. The US taxpayers are paying nearly quadrupedal on public education that they did in the 50s. Schools continue to get worse and more violent. Anyone who blames a lack of funding is either completely ignorant of the facts or purposely lying.
