California woman murdered in savage hate crime

A black man has been arrested for fatally stabbing a young white female, Shannon Kathleen Collins, in Santa Cruz. Police say the attack was completely random.The attack occurred in broad daylight as the victim was leaving a hairdresser.
Police and local media refuse to address the racial nature of the attack. The local police chief called it “a misfortune of fate.”
