Affirmative Action, race, and the LSAT


This is a computer program that estimates the applicants chance of being accepted by fourteen of America’s top law schools.

A white applicant with a LSAT of 170 and 3.9 GPA would receive two denials, one acceptance, and eleven considerations. An “underrepresented minority” with the same scores would receive no denials, six considerations, and be accepted by eight.
