Manchester teen stabbed to death by Muslim immigrant

From UK Mail Online…

A teenage gap-year student was knifed to death in the street in broad daylight by a stranger who was ‘sniggering’ as he killed him, a jury heard today.

Kieran Crump-Raiswell, 18, was out looking for a job when Imran Hussain walked up to him and stabbed him four times in the chest ‘without warning’, Manchester Crown Court was told.

Witnesses to the attack in Whalley Range, Manchester, said that Hussain laughed as he ran to his car and drove away from the scene.

The teenage victim had recently returned from the USA where he had been coaching football for three months.

The defendant had attacked another stranger in the street just 12 days earlier, jurors heard, in what the prosecution claims was a precursor to the later killing.

On January 16, Hussain – who has admitted manslaughter – allegedly travelled from his flat in Coventry, where he was a mature student, to Manchester and drove around Whalley Range and Chorlton.

Peter Wright QC, prosecuting, said: ‘He was driving around the area, stopping and then carrying on – we say he was now looking for a suitable victim.’

Hussain, 27, then parked his car and got out with a knife as his victim approached, the lawyer said.

Mr Wright said: ‘Kieran crossed the road and then entirely without warning he approached him and he stabbed him to the front and back of his chest four times before running off.’

He said the defendant initially denied involvement in either of the incidents when he was arrested days later.
