PA thug slapped on the wrist for hate crime shooting of Amish buggy


A thug accused of opening fire on an Amish buggy is not even facing felony charges.

Police say Timothy Antonio Diggs did a drive by shooting at an Amish buggy in Pennsylvania.  Two adults and three children were inside the buggy at the time. The horse was killed in the attack.

When Diggs was arrested, police say he was in possession of a stolen motorcycle and stolen handguns.

Diggs has only been charged with misdemeanors for the senseless shooting. He will be out in no time and probably commit even worse crimes. After these gangbangers allowed to continue committing crimes until they eventually kill someone.
