Police State Horror! Law abiding gun owner faces 11.5 years for co-operating with NJ cop
When Shaneen Allen was pulled over for a revenue generating traffic citation, the officer asked her if she had any guns in the car. In exchange for being co-operating with the officer, she now faces 11.5 years in prison.
Shaneen has no criminal record. However, NJ made it a felony to drive across state lines with a gun in your car.
