Milwaukee County Sheriff: We should be talking about black crime
Sheriff David Clark, of Milwaukee County, told Fox News that the nation should be talking about black crime. Blacks make up 6.3% of the population of Wisconsin, but commit over half of all Wisconsin murders.
The black murder rate in Wisconsin is 30.9 per 100,000 people per year. This is one of the highest black murder rates of any state. Blacks in Wisconsin commit murder at 11.8 times the national white murder rate.
