Canadian tourist slaughtered in racial hate crime after Kentucky Derby
Scott Hunter and a friend were walking to their hotel room after the Kentucky Derby ended. They were attacked at random by three perpetrators. When Hunter fought back, they shot him.
Police have apprehended three suspects. Tyrone Thomas Jr., 19, Fatima Abu-Diab, 20, and Fahed Abu-Diab. Tyrone is black, while Fatima and Fahed are Arabs, possibly from Kuwait. Police believe that the three committed several armed robberies targeting white tourists on Friday and Saturday.
