Thug slaughters two girls while driving drunk.
A black male, who has been charged with drunk driving four times in the past two years, caused a fatal accident while driving drunk. He killed two white teenage girls, and injured two other women. The killings took place in Desoto County, MS.
In June 2012, Penson was arrested in Union County by Highway Patrol on Route 178. He was charged with DUI and spent two days in jail.
In 2013, Penson was arrested in Sherman after he attempted to flee from police and flipped his vehicle, according to Sherman PD chief Joel Spellins. He was charged with DUI, reckless driving, and fleeing from officers, among other things.
On July 5, 2014, MHP arrested Penson for DUI first offense at a DUI checkpoint on Highway 78 in unincorporated Lee County. He pleaded guilty to DUI on October 31, 2014 and was sentenced to a $808.50 fine. He is currently behind on the payments and owes $133.50.
On March 22, 2015, Penson was arrested by MHP again in unincorporated Lee County, but the arresting officer charged him with DUI first offense in spite of his conviction five months earlier for DUI first offense. His trial on the March DUI charge is set for July 9. He was also charged with having no driver’s license and no proof of insurance in this incident.
