International Association of Firefighters released a video claiming that Rudy Giuliani’s refused to replace faulty radios used by the NYPD for seven years, then gave a no-bid contract for equally faulty radios. On 9/11 the radios could not penetrate the walls of the World Trade Towers and contributed to the deaths of over 100 firefighters during 9/11.
