Did Obama's Haitian amnesty allow this racially motivated murder to take place?

A man described as a “Haitian national,” possibly an illegal alien enjoying Obama’s backdoor amnesty for Haitian illegals, brutally murdered 31-year-old Molly Hawthorn-MacDougall.

From Concord Monitor…

Prosecutors say a Haitian national staying with a relative in Henniker last week shot and killed 31-year-old Molly Hawthorn-MacDougall, who her family described as a vivacious and socially conscious woman on the threshold of starting a career in nursing.

Roody Fleuraguste, 22, bowed his head and didn’t speak as he was arraigned on a charge of first-degree murder in Henniker District Court yesterday. He faces life in prison without parole if convicted.

The 16-minute hearing was simultaneously translated into Creole for Fleuraguste, who is being held without bail. He didn’t enter a plea to the murder charge.

Fleuraguste is charged with shooting Hawthorn-MacDougall in the head with a handgun Thursday morning in her home at 18 Rand Road. Henniker police officers responded to the home about 11 a.m. after receiving a 911 call about an injured woman.

Prosecutors have released few details about the slaying, saying the investigation is ongoing. An affidavit filed with the court to support the request for an arrest warrant was sealed at the request of the state attorney general’s office.

Senior Assistant Attorney General Susan Morrell declined yesterday to discuss details of the case, including any possible motive. She said not releasing the arrest affidavit at this point “protects the integrity of our investigation.”
