Obama: "Jewish American community was probably what propelled me to the U.S. Senate."

Obama fired back at Israel leaders claiming they are unnecessarily suspicious “because of my middle name.”

Obama then said, “Ironically, I’ve got a Chief of Staff named Rahm Israel Emanuel. My top political advisor is somebody who is a descendent of Holocaust survivors. My closeness to the Jewish American community was probably what propelled me to the U.S. Senate.”

According to the Jerusalem Post, 80% of American Jews voted for Obama even though most Israeli newspapers backed McCain. Obama’s primary campaign was largely propelled by Hollywood figures, including dozens of wealthy and influential Jews like Dreamworks owners Geffen, Katzenberg, and Spielberg. Many were long time Clinton supports who jumped ship to support Obama. Since becoming president, Obama has appointed Jews to positions in great disproportion to their percentage of the US population. They believe Israel should become the next “rainbow nation” like South Africa. Meanwhile, Jews play a disproportionately large role in leadership positions and funding of the Democrats. These people as well as older Democrat Gentiles, tend to be supporters of Zionism.
