Suspect overdoses on Cocain in squad car.
Two brothers, aged 23 and 20, and in the back of a police cruisers. The police are searching their car for drugs. The older brother reaches into the back of his pants and pulls out a bag of cocaine. The bag presumably came out of his rectum. He persuades his younger brother to eat the cocaine. His brother dies of an overdose shortly after.
