Five Marxist gang members charged in Chicago attack

Five thugs charged in attack. Police are looking for thirteen more suspects. These five are from Indiana where there have been incidents of ARA gang violence as well.

Update: Another person was arrested at the restaurant for being a fugitive with seven outstanding warrants. This man is suspected of being connected to the ARA gang. A picture of him on facebook shows a tattoo of a symbol widely used by anti-racist gangs.

Background: Marxist/”anti-racist” gang members attack a restaurant in Chicago

Also: A local Chicago gang has claimed responsibility online. They are called the Side South Chicago ARA. They gang actually has an online manual for committing violent assaults. They also brag that their network of gangs has committed recent violent assaults against law enforcement, Pro-Life groups, Minutemen, and historian David Irving. Click Here.

Note: The gang is claiming that some of the victims were members of the CofCC. No members of the CofCC have reported to anyone in the CofCC leadership that they were at the restaurant. At this point we have no reason to believe any of the victims were members of this organization.

The perps are looking at serious time in one of the most violent state prison systems in the nation!

Note: Initially the Chicago Sun-Times had a bunch of errors in the suspects names. They have since fixed the errors on their website and added previous arrests.

Update from Chicago Sun-Times…

Five Indiana men have been charged with felony mob action, aggravated battery and criminal damage to property for their roles in an attack Saturday on a group dining at a Tinley Park restaurant.

Bails ranging from $175,000 to $250,000 were set for the five men at the Bridgeview courthouse. Charged were John Tucker, 26, of Martinsville, Ind.; Cody Sutherlin, 23, of Bloomington, Ind.; Dylan Sutherlin, 20, and Jason Sutherlin, 33, both of Gosport, Ind.; and Alex Stuck, 22, of Bloomington, Ind.

Two of the victims were also arrested, Tinley Park police said in a news release Monday afternoon.

Jason Sutherlin’s bail was set at $250,000, and Cody Sutherlin’s at $200,000. The other three all were set at $175,000. Jason Sutherlin had a previous felony conviction for a burglary charge, prosecutors said. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, but eight years were suspended. Cody Sutherlin and Dylan Sutherlin each was charged with operating while intoxicated in Indiana, prosecutors said.

The public defender asked for a “reasonable” bond for the five men, but Cook County Circuit Court Judge Terence B. Smith noted the attacks were unprovoked and the perpetrators wore masks.

More charges may be filed later, pending the investigation, prosecutors said.

Their next court date is June 12.
