Teenage NC girl gang raped and shot in face

A teenage girl in North Carolina was abducted, gang raped, shot in the face, and dumped in a river. She miraculously survived. The public is widely speculating that the suspects are illegal aliens. The media, naturally, is saying little about the suspects.
